   <title>Molim savijet : Imam 85kg-a i &#353;90cm, malo brzi...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7250">Nhunter</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4686<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2011 at 19:43<br /><br />Imam 85kg-a i š90cm, malo brzi metabolizam, misicna masa mi je oskudna te imam masne naslage na trbuhu, stražnjici te prsima(WTF?!?!?), ugl. poceo sam vjezbati kako bi se toga rijesio, radim svaki drugi dan Tabata protokol š6min(izbacaj bucicom, cucnjevi, trbusnjaci i sklekovi)imam plan svakih mjesec dana produziti vjezbu za 4 minute te preci na Spartacus(jer je zanimljiv, ne zbog glumaca) kada dostignem carobnu brojku od 40 minuta...mozda i ranije. Radim uredski posao te mogu vjezbati posljepodne i predvecer samo. Zelim se rijesiti onih smijesnih naslaga sala, malo se dovesti u red, te stabilizirati kilazu izmedu 85 i 90 kg-a, nesmijem nize jer mi secer padne i dobivam napadaje...ne pitajte. Ono sta mene zanima je koliko moram dnevno unositi kalorija, proteina, UH i masti dnevno, te u kojim odnosima tjekom dana(znam da UH najvise ujutro i izbjegavat za veceru ali mi nije jasno kolko za rucak trebam u odnosu na dorucak) tablice nutricionsitickih vrijednosti imam, samo mi je problem naci omjere i kalkulatore na netu i to me koci za izradu jelovnika.
