Tek prije godinu sam uvela u prehranu i ribu.<br />Od sojinih proizvoda što zaista vrijedi je sojin sir- tofu, tempeh, miso i tamari (sojin sos, samo sol i fermentirana soja).<br />Ljuskice i slicno su stvarno loša hrana a i vrlo lošeg okusa (meni). Mozda nema toliko minusa, ali svakako nedostaje plus tim sušenim proizvodima (osim što su jeftini i sadrže dosta proteina).<br /><br />što se price o estrogenu tice, stvarno ne znam da li su to tocne informacije.Znam svakako da ako soja sadrži prirodni estrogen, radije pijem sojino mlijeko, nego kravlje sa dodanim hormonima rasta, antibioticima itd.... <br /><br />Ja sve po nekom unutarnjem feelingu. Moj savjet ti je da napravis vise umaka jer je zaaaakon i falit ce ti koliko ga god napravis, a sto se tice ovog sa soli- inace ti je cijela ta South Beach dijeta neslana, tj. s jaaaaako malo soli jer se bazira na drugim zacinima (bilje i to) tako da za svaki recept treba dobro promisliti koliko ces staviti soli.
