Mene zanimaju vjezbe koje mogu raditi kod kuce jer mi je jos rano za teretanu. Znaci volio bih da izgradim prsa , ruke, ramena ,leša i stomak a i da dobijem na masi ako je u mogucnosti bez teretane. Pa bih molio da mi date par savjeta kakva bi mi trebala biti prehrana i mozda da pocnem piti proteine ako bi nebi skodili i da mi sastavite par vjezbi sto bi mi mogao raditi svakodnevno kod kuce za te dijelove tijela.&nbsp;]]>
