Svi kazu da je odlican i za bodybuildere i za one na definiciji. Imam nekoliko pitanja vezanih uz posni sir pa bih molio odgovore:<br />š. jel najbolji za dorucak, meduobroke ili veceru?<br />2. kolko g/dnevno je najbolje za unjet u organizam?<br />3. jel u redu ako je posni zadnji obrok u danu?<br /><br />htio bih da u ovom topicu napisete sve moguce varijacije u vezi konzumiranja posnog buduci da ga rijetki od nas konzumiraju bez iceg jer okus nije bog zna nesto. ja ga skoro uvijek namazem na dvije snite crnog intergralnog kruha ili ga pojedem uz pistacije.<br />takoder sam jednom napravio shake sa bananom, 200g posnog, vodom i kikiriki maslacem ali mi se nije svidio pa bih molio ako imate jos neke recepte za shakove  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
