</td></tr></table></p><p>pa pošto si ti samo rekao da je 2 i pol sata previše a ne i koliko bi se trebalo trenirati tj koju granicu nebi trebalo prelaziti, tehnicki nije ponovio za tobom, dapace samo je potvrdio i elaborirao.. što je napredak, nikako ponavljanje</p><p><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></p><p>što se tice vremena treninga, ovisno kako se trenira, tj koja vrsta treninga je u pitanju, genetika pojedinca i slicno</p><p>Ako pricamo i generalnoj populaciji i bb-u, sat, sat i pol je u vrh glave, vjerujem</p>]]>
