    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1167">Iluvatar</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4635<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2011 at 09:31<br /><br /><p>Pa.... što se mene tice, kondicija u nekakvom intenzivnijem i kracem obliku ( kracem nego za trcanje od 45 min) se može razviti i dinamickim vježbama snage ( kettlebells, burpees i slicno) kao i plivanjem recimo...</p><p>Ali ovim vježbama je to nekakva kondicija za š0 - š5 min cca, nije isto kao vožnja bicikla od š h ili kako rekoh trcanje od 45 min recimo</p><p>ako me razumjete, pošto sam sad malo nespretno pokušao objasniti</p>]]>
