    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13">©ime</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 460<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2007 at 21:25<br /><br /><br>ovo sto ja pisem sam sam izmislio ... i sumnjam da je taj moj "program" optimalan... tako da ti preporucam da proucis malo tu tematiku, imas tranice koje govore o raznim programima ( npr. fitness.com.hr <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> malo prouci )<br><br>evo moj program:<br><br>zagrijavanje: trcanje na mjestu nekih š0-ak minuta ( s mp3-playerom u ruci )<br><br>stretching: nekih 9 polozaja za rastezanje koje sam pokupio u Klik-u prije par godina ( kao neki program po kojem je radila Madonna ili tako nesto... )<br><br>zatim 6 serija, jedna serija sadrzi:<br><br>š5 sklekova<br>š0 bicep curl<br>š0 shoulder press<br>š0 hammer curl<br><br>(bucice od š0kg)<br><br>onda si napravim svoji whey-glukoza shake<br><br>na kraju 20 obicnih sklekova<br><br><br>evo, s ovim ti rastu ramena, bicepsi i prsa... ali ovo je ipak "pocetni" stupanj bildanja za one koji su tek krenuli s time ( prvih nekoliko mjeseci recimo )<br><br>ja takav program radim nekih 4 mjeseca i uskoro prelazim na bench i neke druge programe<br><br><br>]]>
