To stvarno cijenim. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>Tek sam pocela uciti neke stvari o svojem tijelu, o prehrani, treninzima i sl. i još uvijek ima dosta stvari koje ne znam, ali barem imam vas ovdje koji znate puno više od mene, a vidim da su svi spremni pomoci. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br><br>Kao što sam vec napomenula, trenutno radim vježbe s DVD-a 30 Day Shred od Jillian Michcls i još uvijek sam na prvom nivou (od tri), a trening traje pola sata. Zanima me što biste mi još preporucili uz taj trening? Navecer hodam orptilike 35-40 minuta, ali nažalost prilicno neredovito. Tipa, dvije veceri za redom hodam, pa dvije ne i tako. Ali tokom dana barem jednom prehodam jednu rutu od pola sata zbog škole, a nekad i dvije.<br>Razmišljala sam o vijaci... ali ne znam je li to pametno ili ne. Evo, ako netko ima nekakav prijedlog, bila bih zahvalna. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>]]>
