Bazalni mi je otprilike nekih š900 kcal. Dali za definiciju uzimam tu brojku za referencu (znaci dnevni unos do š900kcal minus 500 preko treniga) ili uzimam onu brojku koja mi kaže kolike su mi dnevne potrebe za energijom (jer pošto ne ležim 24 sata na dan). Ta brojka iznosi nekih 2200 kcal.<br>]]>
