Prije sam ga pio i nije nista bilo . Mozda cu izbaciti whey na dane kad ne treniram pa cu vidjeti . A whey i uh mi dodju kao jedan obrok + sto od toga nekako ogladnim da jedem kasnije , a to mi odgovara - kad bi ga prestao uzimati tesko da bi mogao jesti toliko da nadoknadim :S</div>]]>

Slicna stvar mi se dogodila sa biotechovim proteinom , ali sam mislio da je to zbog toga što je biotech . Ovaj sam protein što sada pijem pio i prije i nije mi se takvo što događalo . Sad ne znam da li postoje i kolike su šanse da je to od proteina , ali definitivno vidim razliku . Prehrana mi je više-manje normalna pa do toga vjerovatno nije . I da s proteinom pijem glukozu u omjeru š:š jer mi nisu toliko intenzivni treninzi pa da ne pijem previše glukoze uzalud .
