    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1922">Tomekveliki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 454<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2009 at 16:15<br /><br />Odlicna stranica (dobro vas našao) , inace obožavam <br />trcati svakako si prilagodim trcanje od minimalno 4 puta <br />tjedno..<br />Htio bih postaviti pitanje što savjijetujete za energiju <br />prije samoga trcanja?<br /><br />- Meni je naime dao kolega savjet da prije trcanja <br />pojedem jednu krišku kruga i masti, koliko se god <br />odvratno cinilo pokušao sam i stvarno imam nekakav dojam <br />da djeluje mogu dosta pretrcati sa dosta brzim tempom od <br />kada to uzimam prije trcanja.. <br />No baš sam se upitao što strucni ljudi misle o tome dali <br />ce to dati rezultata te dali ce se te kalorije koje sam <br />unio utrošiti ili ce se ne daj bože zadržati jer <br />vijerujem da svi tokom ljeta žele izgledati dobro pa i <br />maknuti tu malo naslago u podrucju donjega dijela <br />trbuha..<br />Hvala.. ]]>
