Tebi ne trebaju vise od 3-4 treninga snage tjedno, tako da slobodno mozes imati dan pauze izmedju ta dva treninga.. Ali bilo bi preporucljivo taj dan radit HIIT trening na orbitreku.&nbsp;]]>

Kazes vecera nula bodoba?!?! Sa gladovanjem ne rijesava! Samo ces izgubit misicnu masu i napravit si jos vecu stetu.. Sredjena prehrana podrazumijeva 5-7 obroka dnevno, da su proteini zastupljeni u svakom obroku, da se izbaci junk food. <br>Baci se na citanje FAQ na pocetku foruma, a ja cu di postat jos neke linkove glede prehrane i treninga. <br>]]>
