    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=378">dune</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 451<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2007 at 17:43<br /><br />&nbsp;moj problem su suvisne kile koje sam odlucila skinuti na zdrav nacin i bez kojekakvih djeta jer sam kroz to sve prosla i dosla do zakljucka da od toga nema nista.visoka sam š64 a imam 79kg i mozes zamisliti koliko posto masnih naslaga u tjelu.znam da jutarnji trening mora biti polagan i toga se pridrzavam i uz to popijem oko š,5l vode ali za sada neradim nikakve druge vjezbe posto sam pocetnik u tomu svemu svaki savjet mi je dobrodosao da neradim vjezbe u prazno da to ipak ima nekog smisla.probala sam piti l-carnitin i piruate prije jutarnjeg vjezbanja i stvarno sam imala puno vise snage ali se jednostavno nemogu natjerati da ponovo pijem piruate jer su nesto najodvratnije sta sam probala i sad pije cla.]]>
