Saznala sam za jedan dodatak prehrani, glukozamin sulfat. Ja sam pocela da pijem te tablete tek prije 5 dana (Glukozamin forte, š500mg) i od tada vise nemam problema sa koljenima dok treniram...vjerovali ili ne, nemam vise nikakvih smetnji ni bolova. Inace ovaj sastojak, navodno, pomaze obnavljanju hrskavice&nbsp; i preporucuje se kod sportskih i drugih povreda, za brzi oporavak i bolju pokretljivost zglobova. <br>Ne mogu vam opisati koliko sam srecna zbog toga. Tablete se koriste najmanje tri a najvise 6 mjeseci. Nadam se da cu konacno uspjeti da rijesim ovaj problem koji me dugo muci.<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>]]>

Ovo <br />krckanje ukazuje na pretjerano trošenje hrskavice, <br />ukoliko nije nekim ekstreminm sportom izazvano, <br />vjerojatno imaš genetski lošija koljena, lošiji odnos <br />kostiju pa se brže troši..... radi na sebi... i šta manje <br />skakanja, trcanja po tvrdoj podlozi i nekakvih impaktnih <br />aktivnosti.]]>

Nekad su znala bas da bole i da ogranicavaju pokrete...sada uglavnom, tako, krckaju i osjecam da su u nikakvom stanju i tada sa strahom izvodim sve vjezbe koje ukljucuju vece naprezanje koljena.<br />Voljela bih znati da li postoji neki nacin da poboljsam njihovo stanje ili na primjer, da li treba da nosim nekakve steznike za koljena tokom treninga i sl.?]]>
