Obiljezje je vrlo brz metabolizam. Tesko se debljaju iako jedu pizze, bureke i ostalo smece. No isto tako, jako tesko dobivaju misicnu masu i dosta brzo je gube. Karakterizira ih velika izdrzljivost (uglavnom). Glavni cilj je natjerati misicne stanice da postanu osjetljive prema glikogenu i inzulinu. <BR><BR>Prehrana: Mora sadrzavati dosta ugljikohidrata do 50%, proteina 30% i nesto masti 20%. Jesti 4-5 obroka dnevno - ne vise! Ali obilnih <BR><BR><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Mesomorf</SPAN> je sjajan genetski potencijal. Ima prirodno cvrste kosti, siroka leda i veliki prsni kos; nizak postotak masti, brz metabolizam koji brzo gradi misice i spaljuje masti. <BR><BR>Prehrana: Visoko-proteinska i uz otprilike 40% ugljikohidrata, 40% proteina i 20% masti (ovisno o fazi treninga). Jesti 6-8 obroka dnevno. <BR><BR><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Endomorf</SPAN>&nbsp;je Ziva jebada <IMG alt=Smile src="http://forum.teretana.net/images/smiles/ic&#šš1;n_smile.gif" border="0">! Teske kosti, siroki bokovi, dosta masti. Metabolizam spor te je sklon debljanju, ali ima i prednost u odnosu na ekto-a: moze izgraditi relativno brzo kvalitetne misice! <BR><BR>Prehrana: ubrzati metabolizam uzimanjem vise manjih obroka tijekom dana. Paziti na kalorije koje unosi i vrstu hrane. Ugljikohidrati 30% i masti do š5%, a sve ostalo moraju biti proteini. Uzimati puno svjezeg povrca u kojima ima vlakana. Manjkom ugljikohidrata nastojati potaknuti koristenje masnih naslaga kao gorivo. Jesti 6-8 obroka dnevno. <BR><BR>Kao sto vidite netko ce brze, a netko sporije postici zadani cilj ali to ni slucajno nije razlog za odustajanje od bodybuildinga. Naprotiv, kod profi bodybuildera ima svih tjelesnih tipova - dakle, strpljenja... <BR>]]>
