    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4685">AnastasiaB</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4477<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2011 at 13:00<br /><br />a cuj, i sama znaš da je ovo jedna od onih "bez muke nema nauke" stvari...ako baš ne možeš i ne želiš teretanu, što bi stvarno bilo najbolje, investiraj u utege na koje možeš dodavat težine i radi doma neke od vježbi koje je soner spomenuo, ali bucicama umjesto šipkom, isto tako neke intenzivnije bodyweight vježbe. možda ti se i svidi <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> što se mene tice, mislim da ne bih uopce napredovala u smjeru u kojem želim da se nisam primala vecih težina na utezima i šipke, kolko god da imam još puno posla]]>

Ne možeš se prenabildat, nema šanse. Da se može prenabildat ja bih bio najsretnija osoba na svjetu.<br>2. Skinny fat ima užasno lošu hormonalnu sliku (što se tice tjelogradnje) tako da trebaš probudit hormone na nacin da izvodiš složene pokrete u TERETANI. Znaci iako si cura primi se šipke i radi cucnjeve, mrtvo dizanje, potiske s klupe, potiske iznad glave i veslanja. Znaci lijang, hongkong, infiniti i ostala DVD cuda možeš raditi samo kao neku nadopunu treningu u teretani, to ti nikako ne može biti osnova treninga. <br>3. Pošto ti se salo skuplja na kriticnim zonama imaš lošu inzulinsku osjetljivost tako da i to trebaš dovest u red. Kako si i sama vec rekla- ugljikohidrate jedi samo ujutro i poslije treninga s u tezima, ostali obroci su sastavljeni od proteina i masti i hrpe zelenog povrca. <br><br><br>]]>

Ne znam zašto me tako privlaci..Bojim se jedino da bi time samo mršavila,a ne bi dobivala mišice(ne želim izgledati nabildano,nego npr.kao Jillian-lijepo utegnuto,ionako sam njene građe ja mislim),ili?</P><P>Mislila sam dovršiti jillian(još tjedan i pol ),pa onda insanity?</P>]]>

Ili da probam uvesti još umjesto 7xtjedno brzog hodanja, 4x hod, 3x trcanje? uz jillian 6x tjedno,naravno? ili je to too much?</P>]]>
