    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4428">guls</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4475<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2011 at 14:30<br /><br />Pozdrav<br /><br />Lijepi su dani, ne placa mi se teretana, imam vikendicu <br />koja ima lijepi nagib za HIIT i dobru terasu za <br />vježbanje.<br /><br />Zanima me kako bi trebao izgledati program vježbanja bez <br />utega (sklekovi, cucnjevi, iskorak...), oslanjajuci se <br />iskljucivo na svoju težinu uz povremenu upotrebu <br />improviziranih bucica, te šipki za dipseve i zgibove...<br /><br />Također me zanima da li je ok tjedno raditi 4 dana <br />vježbe, a 3 dana HIIT, ili da bude 3 sa 3, pa š dan <br />odmora?<br /><br />Hvala puno!<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by guls</span>]]>
