Ponavljam, to je samo moja procjena. <br>Jedi cešce, svaka 3h najbolje, i svakako jedi više, podebljaj prvenstveno proteine, izbaci ovu marmeladu iz dorucka (tocnije, jedne od opcija dorucka), podebljaj piletinu, <br>ovaj obrok nakon treninga neka ti bude iskljucivo p + uh, i prije spavanja&nbsp; bih ja ubacio p + m obrok. <br>Slobodno procitaj FAQ i malo u pdf-u "Nutricionizam", pretpostavljam da ce ti biti jasnije. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
