No malo drukcije. Ruke uz tijelo i bucice su mi bile vodoravno u odnosu na tijelo.<br>Vec sam zaboravio da postoji xD<br>Budem ju veceras malo ubacio u kruzni ;)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4270">njanja</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4415<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2011 at 12:55<br /><br />Zadovoljna,<br />ali zadnje dvije serije u š-om bloku<br />sam radila ne iz  muškog skleka,<br />nego iz ženskog skleka -veslanje.<br />Lagani umor u rukama, nakon 8 serija <br />kao da su bicepsi malo natekli <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">.<br />Ali 2 vježbe od 4 u tom bloku su bile<br />za gornji dio tijela,a i tempo u tabati,<br />je brz, pa možda zato takav napor.<br /><br /> <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>
