Takvom prehranom bi trebali poceti rijesavati problem koji imaju. 3 treninga tjedno su naravnu nekako u paketu sa time:)]]>

Iako ih odvajamo, opet dođe do preklapanja.</P><P>Mislim da je najveci problem tu u višku kalorija koji se može izvuc iz takve kombinacije. Lakše je nabit kalorije s tom kombinacijom nego sa nekom tipa uh+p. Netko ko je na dijeti moci ce puno više pojest sa uh+p obrocima, a znamo da nam je to najbitnije kad nam želudac place :) Neki govore da cak ni taj inzulin nije bitan sve dok se održava kalorijski deficit, matematika je matematika, stanice ce  i dalje prepuštat svoju energiju u nedostatku vanjske ....ljudima su svakakve kombinacije makronutrijenata dale rezultate. Mislim da tu treba imat open mind i isprobavat razne dijete sa raznim omjerima i vidjet na sebi što najbolje odgovara. Sva ta fiziologija i biokemija je jako bitna i puno pomaže u određivanju nekog osnovnog smjera ali opet postoje one male razlicitosti što nas odvajaju međusobno i cine takvima da ce netko na određenoj dijeti izgledat ko sh*t, a netko ce cvjetat.</P><P>I da, naravno..junk je junk, tu uopce nema dileme :)</P><P>p.s. enter mi nešto šteka pa mi je sve zbijeno..da ne ispadnem zemzo <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></P><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl</span>]]>

Jednostavni uh+m ti je ono što bi se reklo junk food i naravno, kao takav ne valja. Složeni uh+m+p se ne preporucuje u bodybuildingu samo zato što odvajanjem p+uh i p+m obroka možeš pojesti nešto više kalorija nego kad jedeš p+uh+m obrok, pisao ti je kova o tome na teretana.net pa potraži. Ali budi siguran da te kvalitetan p+uh+m obrok tipa crveno meso+tjestenina i povce sigurno nece udebljat.
