Navešcu primjer radi boljeg <br />objašnjenja...<br />Po internetu sam našla informaciju da preskakanje konopca <br />troši oko 700 kalorija na sat vremena...<br />Ako ja preskacem konopac minut,pa radim nešto drugo po <br />kuci..pa se opet vratim i tako u krug ..minut po minut...<br /><br />Da li krajnja suma kad se sve spoji takođe iznosi <br />otprilike 700 ili se broj kalorija smanjuje zato sto nije <br />sve u nizu radjeno .. <br />Dakle,ima li veze ako se između vježbi pravi pauza ,a <br />opet kad se sve sabere postoji pola sata-sat intezivnog <br />rada...<br /><br />Hvala unapred!!]]>
