Složi neki program (imaš mali milijun primjera i na forumu i na netu), postaj ovdje pa cemo komentirati. <br>I btw. za 80kg cistih mišica je potrebno puno više od 3 mjeseca. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Najjaci ste :)<br /><br />Novi sam clan, i molim savjet..<br />Znaci ovako, imam 24 godine, visok sam š80, i težak 76kg.<br />Od kad znam za sebe, uvjek se bavim nekom sportskom aktivnošcu jer sam jednostavno ovisan o tome (borilacki sportovi, nogas, teretana)..<br />Pred 2 tjedna krenuo sam u teretanu, i poceo sam dosta nadobudno nekih 6 puta tjedno, treninzi mi traju oko sat vremena, s tim da mi je jedan trening 60 min bicikla..<br /><br />Zanima me kako bi mi najbolje bilo složit program treninga za 6 dana u tjedenu..<br />Cilj mi je da do 7 mjeseca dođem do 80 kila cistih mišica :) !!!<br />Unaprijed se zahvaljujem svima!<br /><br /><br /><br /> <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>
