Drugo, izbaci sav juk food iz prehrane, jedi dnevno 5-6 manjih obroka (svaka 3h), proteine u svakom obroku, uh za dorucak te prije i poslije treninga, ostatak masti. Kreci se, puno šeci, trcanje ni pod razno (preveliko je opterecene na koljena s obzirom na tvoju kilažu), vozi bicikl etc.&nbsp;]]>

   <title>pomoc : Pozdrav svima......ovako trebam...</title>

Dobio sam&nbsp;35kg&nbsp;viška&nbsp;u&nbsp;zadnje 4 godine&nbsp;te sam odlucio da je dosta da je vrijeme da se to skine, za pocetak bi htio skinuti oko 25 kg. Sam sam krenuo na neku dijetu te sam uspio skinuti 6kg u 2 tjedna (jeducu juhe ili zobene pahuljice u jutro, kada god stignem neko voce, za rucak nekada ništa ili cetvrtinu onoga što sam jeo prije ili opet voce, vecera ništa ili voce)(što se tice tjelovježbe svaki dan ili vozim bicikl š sat ili trcim 30 min, doma malo dižem utege i radim po 20 trbušnjaka, sklekova i cucnjeva) ali citajuci forum vidio sam da to što radim je nepravilno........kako pravilno poceti? šta jesti? kako vježbati?&nbsp; bilo kakav komentar ce biti poželjan &nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by numeral</span>]]>
