Je, uspjet ce ljudi tako na pocetku, ostvarit ce neki rezultat ali vecina ce se vratit nazad ako uzroci tog debljanja ostanu nerazrješeni u njima.<br><br>Koliko je samo na forumu bilo ljudi koji su tražili i dobili potporu pa su brzo nestali...ne kažem da nisu ništa napravili ali vjerujem da je vecina ostala na starom ili pogoršala stanje. To je neki primjer online podrške..sad bi netko rekao da je stvar u podršci bliže okoline. Istina, lakše je kad te svi bodre ali ne možemo stalno ocekivat pomoc izvana.<br><br>Sve u svemu, mislim da ljudi premalo rade na sebi, a previše se brinu o drugima.<br><br>A ovaj zatvor kojeg spominješ je vec smišljen - u našim je glavama <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl</span>]]>

U biti, primiti nagradu u obliku <br />pohvale okoline, a da bi razina dopamina rasla zbog <br />postignutog rezultata, a ne zbog užitka u hrani. <br />(zamjeniti ovisnost o hrani sa ovisnosti o uspjehu i <br />rezultatima)<br />Ako postoji mogucnost, cak se i družiti sa tim ljudima <br />tako da je uvijek okružen aktivnom, a ne pasivnom <br />okolinom. <br /><br />Svakog dana pratit unos kalorija i tjelesnu masu.<br /><br />Izgraditi zatvor u koji ceš biti navecer zatvoren da se <br />ne prežderavaš prije spavanja. :-)<br /><br />U ovo zadnje polažem najviše nade, da ce se netko i toga <br />sjetit. :-D]]>
