Tako da ako si tek pocela s vježbama boljet cete još i ne sikiraj se ako si sigurna da nije ništa škljocnulo... Kad sam ja krenula na fitness 2 tjedna me sve bolilo... <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> Ali nisam odmarala samo sam dalje krenula trener me istezao s onim PMF vježbama i to je to... Jedino mi nije dao oko mjesec dana ici na klupu za trbušnjake jer može puknuti dok malo ne ocvrsnem ali sam sve ostalo odrađivala... <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> MIslim da se nemoraš bojati ako imaš loš predosjecaj odmori još malo... (Ja sam dobila trkacu potkoljenicu od ravnih stopala boli ko vrag al se nedam bit ce bolje<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">)<br>]]>

E sad me jos nesto muci ,nakon prvog dana sam imala upalu misica i znam da je misicima potreban odmor ,pa sam i odmorila.a sad ovih dana javlja mi se mala,ugodna bol u misicima.da li je pametno vjezbat svaki dan ako se osjeca i najmanja bol? </P><P>S obzirom da ne radim neke zahtjevne vjezbe ,nadam se da ne riskiram misic a ni bol nije neka jaka..</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5059">Pitbull</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4329<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 08:12<br /><br />Umjesto musli pojedi zobene za dorucak, uz ovo voce (i jedno i drugo) ubaci neki izvor proteina, a za veceru nemoj nikako namaze, pojedi rađe tu tunu ili posni sir. <br>Možeš preskakivati vijacu, ali ja bi bolje odvojio vijacu od sklekova i ostalog, ili barem vijacu odradio nakon toga.<br><br>btw. pošto ti je cilj mršavljenje, moraš biti u kcal deficitu, dakle moraš potrošiti više nego što uneseš. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Pitbull</span>]]>
