Voce možeš pojest u dorucku, ali nikako ne samo, jer ti to nije dovoljno, za dorucak trebaš uh, da imaš goriva za ostatak dana. Nije naodmet ni da ubaciš neki izvor proteina u dorucku, npr. mjericu wheya&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6648">Ivan 1986</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4314<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 13:44<br /><br />&nbsp;pa znas kako,visok sam š98,a imam 97 kg,to je po PS-u,sto bi se reklo <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>nego,htio bih skinut to maalo masti,posto to vucem od perioda kad nisam trenirao,naime,jednu godinu nisam nista trenirao,nisam pazio sa ishranom,tako da sam dosao na nekih š05 kg,ne misica naravno,nisam bio debeo,ali mi se nije svidjalo to,ok bi bilo da imam š05 kg misica,sto mi je trenutni cilj,ali cisto sumnjam da bez teretane to mogu postic,znas ono,veca kilaza manje ponavljanja i te fore...sto se tice kardio trennga,raspitao sam se za to i rekli su mi da je najbolje trcat na prazan stomak,jer tada organizam uzima masti da trosi,kad vec nema sto drugo...tako mi je makar receno...a reci mi je li ok da u isti dan radim i kardio i ovaj drugi trening?nije preveliko opterecenje za organizam?<br>]]>

Ako je skidanje masnih naslaga, uh jedi za dorucak te prije i poslije treninga, a ako je povecanje mišicne, ne moraš se bojati uh-a. Dorucak ti ne smije nikako biti voce, pojedi zobene s nekim vocem. Procitaj ovo, da ti bude malo jasnije:  https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=š865&amp ;PN=š <br>što se tice treninga, jel ovo trcanje 2km ujutro natašte ili? Nije baš najbolje trcati natašte, bolje odradi neku šetnju. Trbušnjaka ne moraš toliko raditi, samo ih bezveze forsiraš, radi ih 2-3 puta tjedno. Pošto ne ideš u teretanu, probaj si složiti neki kucni trening, upiši u gugl "home workouts" ili sl., pa si nađi nešto što ti odgovara <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
