    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6225">Scarlet_Letter</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4310<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 00:04<br /><br />&nbsp; Ovo je turbo obrok ne samo iz razloga što je zdrav i bogat proteinima, nego zato jer je prefino i nikad mi nece dosadit. <br><br><br>Mjere su po šalicama, da vam bude lakše, i to onim cajnim, od 250 ml. <br><br><strong><br>Sastojci:</strong><br><br>2 pileca filea<br>3 šalice tikvica<br>nekoliko srednje velikih šampinjona ili cca pola šalice ako uzimate konzervirane<br>š manja glavica luka<br>2 režnja cešnjaka<br>3 jajeta<br>3-4 žlice posnog<br>maslinovo ulje<br>chili papricica (ja imam onu u vrecici iz Konzuma, dušu dalo)<br>malo soli<br>malo papra<br>sok od rajcice (po želji)<br><br><strong>Priprema:</strong><br><br>Piletinu narežete na kockice. Luk i cešnjak malo prodinstate na ulju. Nakon malo dinstanja dodati tikvice i šampinjone. Zacinite. Tako to neko vrijeme dok vam ne dosadi, vrtite po tavi. Onda to sve skupa istresete u vatrostalnu posudu <br><br>U zasebnu posudu razbijete tri jaja, dodate posni zir i dobro promiješate. To prelijete preko smjese i stavite u pecnicu na š80 stupnjeva. Ja nakon par minuta dodam gore malo kecapa ili soka od rajcice, bolje mi je tako.<br><br>Pecete cca 30 minuta. Ili dok god ne pomislite da je peceno. <br><br>Nemam pojma kolko ima proteina, a kol'ko UH, ali je dobro.<br><br><img src="http://i56.tinypic.com/ets084.jpg" border="0"> <img src="http://i52.tinypic.com/mizyvo.jpg" border="0"><br><br>Budite svjesni velike kvalitete slika.
