Tako i od posnog radim burgere.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6225">Scarlet_Letter</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4309<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2011 at 23:57<br /><br />Za ovo vam ipak treba malo strpljenja, ali evo:<br><br><strong><br>POLPETE S TUNOM I TIKVICAMA</strong><br><br><strong>Sastojci</strong>:<br><br>2 x 80gr tune (Rio Mare)<br>3 šalice tikvica (a opet šalice, da, ja sve na šalice&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> )<br>š00 gr posnog ili zrnatog sira (to možete po pakiranju odredit, jel)<br>2 jajeta<br>ulje-ja koristim onu mješavinu maslinovg i suncokretovog <br>sol, biber, malo chillyja<br><br><strong>Priprema:</strong><br><br>Tikvice naribati na krupnije. Ako je mlađa, ja ju samo operem, a ako nije onda ju malo, radi reda sastružem. Posoliti i staviti u cijedilo da odstoji barem 20 minuta u cijedilu. Tj da se ocijedi. U suprotnom ce vam se dogoditi ono što se meni danas-morat cete dodati žlicu-dvije brašna da se zgusne. <br>Tavu dobro nauljiti. <br>TIPS:<br>Nemojte se zavaravat da je najpametnije stavit malo ulja jer ce vam se zalijepit. Osim ako ne koristite bogomdani teflon.<br>Nemojte ga držat na nagloj vatri jer ce vam izvana zagorit, a nutra bit sirovo.<br>Sa strane pripremite papirnati rucnik da možete odmah na njih stavljat polpete, pa ce se ulje upiti.<br><br>Pomiješajte tikvice, jaja&nbsp; tunu. Dobite cete ovu divnu smjesu:<br><br><img src="http://i55.tinypic.com/2wc0dvm.jpg" border="0"><br>http://tinypic.com/r/2wc0dvm/7<br><br>Da, smijete rec na kaj vas podsjeca. :D<br><br>Uzmete kutlacu, šeflju, kakvectozovete i njome pomalo grabite i sipate na tavu. Meni je mjerica mala kutlaca. Lopaticom formirate da dobije kakav-takav oblik.<br><br><img src="http://i56.tinypic.com/1z4g6d5.jpg" border="0"><br>http://tinypic.com/r/šz4g6d5/7<br><br>Okrenete cim vam se ucini da se nece raspast. I tako ispecete do kraja. <br><br><img src="http://i54.tinypic.com/orum3o.jpg" border="0"><br>http://tinypic.com/r/orum3o/7<br><br>Eto, nije loše cak ni meni koja ne volim tunu i prezirem posni.
