Mozda za dorucak da, toliko ugljikohidrata, nesto masti i nesto proteina.<br><br>Jedino ujutro i poslije treninga treba ubacit ugljikohidrate a u ostalim obrocima treba se posvetiti bjelancevinama.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=50">emilio</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 43<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 10:32<br /><br />&nbsp;neznam koliko je ispravno sa š4 godina ici u teretanu i trenirati...tijelo je jos u fazi razvoja,sasvim je dovoljno baviti se nekim sportom tip kosarka,nogomet&nbsp;a usput raditi vjezbe gdje se jaca stomacna zona,ledja,sklekovi itd...jacanjem&nbsp; naprimjer stomaka i&nbsp; ledja imaces jako dobar balans u sredisnjem dijelu tijela sto ce ti valjati mnogo u buducnosti...kad imas dobar stomak sve ostale dijelove tijela je lako izgraditi,,teretana gdje ja treniram ima princip prema kome se mladjima od š6 godina nedozvoljava pristup spravama...na tvome mjestu bio bih jako sretan sto sam mrsav kad se uzme u to da je gojaznost postala u mnogim zemljama tako reci nacionalni problem..]]>
