Maknite vecinu masnog za 4-5 dana. (Privremeno eliminiranje masnog utjece na tijelo da sagori više nakupljenih masnoca.) Nema više pilecih prsa, mršavog mesa i žumanjaka. Odbacite cak i zobenu kašu koja sadrži malu kolicinu masnoca. Umjesto toga, konzumirajte izvore proteina s gotovo nimalo masnoca kao što su pureca prsa, bjelanjci, nemasni kravlji posni sir i <a href="../Shop/dodaci-prehrani/proteini.aspx" target="_blank">protein shake-ove</a>. No, vaše je tijelo izuzetno prilagodljivo tako da ce i taj pristup nula-masnoca prestati djelovati nakon 4-5 dana. Tada se možete vratiti hrani bogatoj proteinima koja daje više masnoca. <br>--------</p><p><br></p><p>ovaj dio mi nija jasan... da li bi trebao 4-5 dana jesti iskljucivo proteine (uz dorucak P+UH)? da li se to odnosi na masu ili definiciju? dosta je neodredjeno...<br></p>]]>
