To bi se zaista dijelom moglo postici nekim vježbicama. Iako je taj faktor sam po sebi gotovo zanemariv. Papar i maslinovo slobodno možeš <br />koristiti, maslinovo pogotovo, ono se i preporuca. Jedino, <br />uz međuobroke ti fali proteina, i u ovoj "kasnoj veceri" ne <br />moraš kombinirati dva izvora proteina, odaberi si jedan, <br />nema potrebe za dva  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> Trening bi svakako trebao bolje <br />složiti, neki program, npr. split sistem, leđa/biceps, <br />prsa/triceps, ramena/noge, po svakoj mišicnoj skupini 2-3 <br />vježbe  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Ne treba ti ništa od ovoga šta si naveo,bolje uloži u whey.<br /><br /><br />Trening program nije dobar i ovakvim treningom ceš se dovest samo do ozljeda. Zanemaruješ veliki dio tijela, trebalo bi ubaciti vježbe za noge i generalno vježbe koje poboljšavaju držanje. Nisi naveo kakve vježbe tocno radiš i u treningu ti je potrebna varijacija  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Nadam se da sam pomogla  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>
