Kilama nisam opterecena, ali želja je smanjiti opseg struka(80cm) i poboljšati opcu sliku tijela te ga ucvrstiti. Moj režim je: samo voda, 2-2,5 litre dnevno, ponekad više, slatkiši nula bodova (osim cokolade od 88 posto kakaa, al ne pretjerujem), vecera nula bodova, eventualno voce (jabuke), kruh minimalno, ostalo sam smanjila porcije. svaku vecer brzo hodam ili lagano trcim 45-60min, š5 min joga/pilates, 30-40 min vježbe snage (trbušnjaci, sklekovi, cucnjevi, vježbe za ruke s bucicama, š0 min orbitrek. Vježbam 3 tjedna, pocetni su rezultati vidljivi. je li realno ocekivati manjak od 5 -7 cm u struku i smanjenje masnih naslaga oko trbuha do kraja 6.mjeseca ako nastavim ovim tempom? namjeravam ujutro brzo hodat 45-60min, treba se samo ustat.]]>

Ja imam š8godina i bio sam godinu i pol dana aktivno trenirao u teretani ali zadnjih pola godine mi se nekako zgadila. Sada sam se napokon natjerao da krenem kod kuce vjezbati i kupio sam si sobni bicikl da mogu malo kardio trening raditi, ali bih htio i jedan trening snage raditi te mi tu treba vasa pomoc. Ako mi mozete pomoci oko toga i sloziti mi nekakav trening snage ali cisto pomocu tezine svoga tijela jer nemam nikakve sprave osim tog sobnog bicikla i nemam namjeru kupovati jer nisam u povoljnoj financijskoj situaciji. Ja sam student tako da imam poprilicno dosta slobodnog vremena. Vjezbao bih svaki dan do sat i pol ukljucujuci kardio trening od pola sata na biciklu. <br>]]>
