   <title>Uzina-DA ili NE? : Koliko ja vidim postoje 2 stvari...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13">©ime</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 421<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2007 at 02:51<br /><br /><br>Koliko ja vidim postoje 2 stvari koje su bitne i sve ostalo je marginalno:<br><br>a) koliko hrane uneses dnevno u energetskom smislu ( dakle koliko kalorija )<br><br>b) kakvu hranu jedes ( bjelancevine, secere, slozene ugljikohirate, zasicene masnoce ili nesto deseto)<br><br><br>Dakle, trebas napraviti sljedece:<br><br>š. odrediti koliko kalorija trebas jesti dnevno ( recimo za program mrsavljenja bi ja izracunao bazalni metabolizam i oduzeo recimo 20% - naravno uz svakodnevnu (barem) umjerenu tjelesnu aktivnost )<br><br>2. definirati sto jesti - preporucam bjelancevine, slozene ugljikohidrate i vlakna, nezasicene masnoce.<br>izbjegavaj - secere i zasicene masnoce, i posebno trans masnoce<br><br><br>Ako se drzis ove dvije stvari, ostali detalji nisu toliko bitni.<br>Jabuka spada u preporucenu hranu.<br>Naravno, optimalno je rasporediti kalorijski unos na barem 5 obroka dnevno - ali ni to nije toliko presudno - eventualno metabolizam nece biti tako brz.<br>]]>

Kada sam ovo procitala u jednom casopisu bila sam uzasnuta i zbunjena,jer vec duze vreme konzumiram 5 obroka dnevno,na svaka 3-4 sata,sa vockom izmedju glavnih obroka.
