I <br />meni taj P 90 X lici više na program za definiciju, ali <br />racunao sam da opicin po vecim težinama sa manje <br />serija i to je to. 3 dan utega, sklekova, dipsova, <br />zgibova...  + pliometrija + jedan dan hiit. To mi je plan. <br />Ne bi yogu i ono "boksanje"...  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> Mislim da je to <br />dovoljno cardia s obzirom na moju građu. Ako ti se svidja takva vrsta vjezbe onda imas i <br />insanity koji mozes kombinirati sa p90x-om <br />Ja sam ga radio jedno 2 mjeseca , jeste to dobar program i <br />dosta naporan ali mi nije odgovaralo toliko cardia jer sam <br />nesto izmedju ektomorfa i mezomorfa , a to je vise onako <br />program za endomorfe <br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Wooz</span>]]>

U biti moram dignit <br />opcenito proteine životinjskog podrijetla. <br />Eto, sam pitam - sam odgovaram. <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Ako može još jedno pitanje na koje ce te mi sigurno <br />odgovorit? <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> Koj bi bio omjer proteina između <br />proteina životinjskog i biljnog podrijetla? Koliko <br />proteina biljnog podrijetla "vrijedi" naspram proteina <br />životinjskog podrijetla? Zna li se to uopce i da li <br />proteini životinjskog podrijetla uopce možemo <br />racunati u proteine za građu mišica?
