Znaci osnova <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"><br>Eh sad, naravno da ih neceš raditi ako ne možeš, ali s vremenom kada malo ojacaš, nipošto ih nemoj izbjegavati. Po meni je to vježba koja najbolje razvija torzo, ono mama za tricepse i prsa :D<br>]]>

Npr. nemozes raditi zgibove ali zato postoji lat masina koja je odlicna za pocetak dok ti ledja ne ojacaju. Isto tako vrijedi i za druge vjezbe, samo treba vidjeti jel imas tih sprava u gymu. <br>Good mornings i <font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" color="RED">Power cleans or snatches </font>mozes raditi sa praznom sipkom ili cak bez sipke za pocetak.<br>Ovakva sprava bi ti bila idealna.<br><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CI0AJMrnq0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CI0AJMrnq0</a><br><br>Najbolje kad dodes u teretanu ako ima neki trener da ga pitas za pomoc oko tih vjezbi.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6447">patsy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4204<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2011 at 21:30<br /><br />Pozdrav....<br />Zena sam,š68,57 kg( zapravo jako mrsava na tu tezinu).<br /><br />Ponovo krecem u teretanu ali ovaj put mislim ozbiljno <br />vjezbati, kako bi se reklo muski!Skuzila sam vec da bez <br />tezina nema nista. <br /><br />Nasla sam full body trening koji mi se svidja jer se <br />bazira na compound vjezbama i to na principu da se na <br />svakom treningu radi 6 vjezbi od kojih su 4 compound i po <br />2 izolacijske.Napomena je da treba svako dva tjedna <br />mijenjat vjezbe,rotirat ih.<br /><br />E sad... predlozene compound vjezbe su sljedece,ali <br />veliku vecinu njih ja nemogu izvest,ove crvene. <br /><br />Chest: Incline, flat, decline barbell or dumbbell bench <br />presses.<font color=RED>Wide-grip dips</font><br /> <br />Back: Upright or horizontal rows. </font><br /><font color=RED>Pull-ups or pulldowns with pronated, semi-<br />supinated, and supinated grips.</font><br /><br />Deltoids: Standing or seated military presses with a <br />barbell or dumbbells utilizing pronated, semi-supinated <br />or supinated hand positions.<br /><br />Quads: High-bar full barbell squats, hack squats or front <br />squats.<br /><br />Lower Back/Hips: Traditional and/or sumo-style deadlifts <br />or <font color=RED>Good Mornings. Power cleans or snatches.<br /></font><br /><br />Najgora su mi ledja jer imam sjedilacki posao i stvarno <br />su mi slaba.Pokusala sam napravit zgib ali nisam se <br />podigla ni dva centa,isto je i s dipsevima.
