    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3842">GajbaPive</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4169<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2011 at 22:21<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;da, moj pwm na masi je bez kreatina... </P><P>ima jedan dobar tekst, evo c/p</P><P><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Ako uzmemo u obzir da pravilna prehrana,dovoljno odmora i pravilan trening cine okosnicu izgradnje tjela,te suplemente stavimo u perspektivu u kojoj trebaju biti i gledamo ih kao takve - suplemente, ili kao sto ime implicira, dodatke prehrani(prehrana=jednan od ona gore tri glavna aspekta),mozemo zakljuciti da je uloga suplemenata u svemu tome poprilicno mala,(marginalna bih rekao,ali ipak je malo vise od toga).<BR><BR>Predocit cu to na ovaj nacin:<BR>Suplementi cine mizernih par posto u odnosu na prehranu/trening/odmor.Pretpostavimo da je to 5%.Doprinos wheya(o njemu je topic,ali odnosi se i na ostale suplemente) u kompletnoj suplementaciji neka bude i 50%,dakle 2,5% u ukupnoj slici.<BR>Razlika izmedju brandova u kvaliteti neka bude i do 50%(gotovo nemoguce).<BR>U konacnici bi to znacilo da je eventualna razlika koju (ne)cete osjetiti izmedju whey-a od 300kn/kg i onog od š20kn/kg = š,25%.<BR><BR>Stavljajuci stvari u takvu(po meni jedinu ispravnu perspektivu) dolazimo do sljedecih zakljucaka:<BR><BR>š. Glupo je potrositi dva ili vise puta veci iznos za škg necega sto radi gotovo jednako dobro kao i nesto sto mozes kupiti za puno manje novaca.<BR>2. Skoda i mercedes nije isto,ali analogija nije primjenjiva.<BR>3.
