    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6300">animal-zg</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4144<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2011 at 12:54<br /><br />&nbsp;Nadam se da cu izgurat do kraja, evo krenuo sam danas s crobnim treningom ujutro!<br>A za prehranu neznam, trebao bi unositi jedno 2-3g proteina po kili?<br><br>Evo otprilike ovako:<br><br>-Tokom dana oko 3 litre vode<br>-prije jutarnjeg cardia -200mg kofeina, c500, 5g bcaa?? (kardio je laganog&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; intenziteta)<br>-cardio<br>mjerica wheya + 60-80g zobenih?? bcaa?<br>-3-4 bjelanjka, 250g posnog sira + multivitamin, 2x omega3<br>-250g pilecih prsa kuhanih + kuhani krumpir ili riza + svježe zelje s maslinovim uljem? (što još od povrca? maslinovo ulje?)<br>-prije treninga: 5g bcaa, 200mg kofeina (mjerica wheya+mjerica dextroze?)<br>-trening<br>-PWM (mjerica wheya+mjerica dextroze 35-40g, 5g bcaa) + c500<br>-250g pilecih prsa kuhanih + ?? + 2x omega3<br>-Prije spavanja, 250g posnog + (bademi ili sjemenke lana, kolko da stavim?)<br><br>E sada zanima me kada da popijem ZMA, posto jedem posni prije spavanja? A to neide zajedno, do sada nisam jeo posni prije spavanja pa sam normalno pio ZMA<br><br>Kada da ubacim voce? jabuke, narance, grejp, kiwi?<br><br>Jos mozda jedan obrok s raženim kruhom i purecom delux šunkom? tuna?<br><br>Ovo je za pocetak, kasnije postepeno rezati UH i jesti samo P+M?<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by animal-zg</span>]]>

Višetrenutno nisam probavao. DL sam slabije radio kao i SQ zbog ozljede noge..</p><p>Mislim da je to to&nbsp;<span style="font-family: Wingdings;"><span style=""></span></span><br></p><p>U teretanu cu ici 4x tjedno (ponedjeljak, utorak, cetvrtak ipetak)</p><p><br></p><p>Raspored ce biti otprilike:</p><p>Ponedjeljak &#82šš; prsa, triceps </p><p>Utorak &#82šš; ramena, biceps</p><p>Srijeda &#82šš; odmor</p><p>cetvrtak &#82šš; leđa, trbuh</p><p>Petak &#82šš; noge (hardcore)&nbsp;</p><p>crobni trening mi je definitivno potreban, te cu ga ubaciti za pocetak3 puta tjedno i polako povecavat do 5x tjedno ujutro (odvojeno od ancrobnogtreninga)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>što se tice crobnog, prakticiram hodanje na traci cca 6-7 km/h na prazan želudacujutro cca 45 - 60 min + tableta kofeina 200mg prije pocetka! Za moju kilažupuls bi trebao držati na š27 otkucaja u minuti za efektivno trošenje masnihnaslaga! To sam dobio tako što sam oduzeo svoj maximalni puls (220 &#82šš; 24 (mojegodine) ) i pomnožio sa 65%!</p><p>Od suplementacije mi je na raspolaganju:<br></p><p>Whey protein</p><p>Grožđani šecer</p><p>BCAA</p><p>Multivitamini</p><p>C-vitamin</p><p>ZMA (home made) </p><p>Omega3</p><p>Kofein tablete 200mg</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>što se tice prehrane to još moram detaljno razradit, a nadamse da ce mi malo pomoci i iskusnija ekipa s foruma.</p>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by animal-zg</span>]]>
