No, nikako nisam zadovoljan svojom tjelesnom masom. Naime, smatram da sam mrsav( 60kg/80cm), iako osjecam da sam pun snage i da sam ostvario formu na pristojnoj razini. Moja je zamolba da mi sugerirate kako se trebam odnositi prema prehrani sukladno treninzima( nogomet, teretana) da bih uspio dobiti na kilazi i zaokruziti svoj fizicki izgled.<BR><BR>Nadam se da ne trazim previse, i da cete uspjesno rijesti moju molbu.</P><P>P.S. Molio bih vas da mi precizirate koju hranu konkretno, kad i u kojoj kolicini trebam unisiti da bih ostvario bolju fizicku masu.( ukoliko vam to predstavlja problem, volio bih da mi sugerirate gdje mogu pronaci takve informacija) - HVALA <BR><BR></P>]]>
