Cijelo vrijeme sam <br />trcala bez pulsometra, napokon ga kupih i sad se gubim <br />oko izracuna frekvencije srca u kojoj je najbolje trcati.<br />Malo sam googlala i našla pretežno razlicite nacine da <br />izracunam maximalni puls.<br />Neki pišu da:<br />Za muškarce je to formula, netrenirani 220 - godine <br />života; dobro trnirani 205 - godine života/2, dobro <br />trenirani stariji 2š4 - starost x 0.8.<br />Za žene to izleda ovako: netrenirane 226 - starost, dobro <br />trenirane 2šš - starost, starije trenirane 209 - starost <br />x 0.7.<br />(ovo 0.8 i 0.7 nemam pojma što je???)<br />Po ovome mi ispadne max puls  š3š (malo pre malo)<br /><br />Po nekima se racuna jednostavno: 220 - godine<br /><br />220-23= š97 bi bio moj max.<br /><br />E sad kako da izracunam srcanu frekvenciju koju bi <br />trebala održavati tokom trcanja?<br />Od max. pulsa 60, 70 ili 80%???<br /><br />Ljudi ako možete pomozite mi  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>
