   <title>L - carnitin :  Pozdrav, nova sam na forumu,...</title>

E sad, krenula sam u teretanu iz više razloga: da ojacam jer sam slaba, da dobijem na kondiciji i da nabijem mišicnu masu........... inace, visoka sam š73 i teška 56 kg, pokušavam dogurati do 6š-62 kg. <br><br>Za pocetak, imam pitanje vezano uz L carnitin........... naime, procitala sam da daje energiju, tako da sam kupila prašak koji se razmuti u vodi kao sok s okusom narance........... ali sam procitala i da se uz to sagorijevaju masne naslage...... da li to znaci da pošto imam namjeru dobit nekoliko kilograma ne bi smjela piti taj napitak, ili stvarno daje energiju i uz neke međuobroge nema straha od mršavljenja........... stvarno sam laik, pa eto, ako ima neki dobrovoljac da mi pojasni koja mu je svrha i da li ga smijem ili ne smijem piti :) <br><br>UNAPRIJED HVALA :)<br><br>]]>
