Ako je netko skeptican oko mog plana neka posjeti gore navedene stranice ili si skine knjigu "Eat stop eat" i uvidjet ce kao što sam i ja mnoge pozitivne stvari post-a, meni je ta knjiga i leangains.com stranica potpuno promjenila gledište na mršavljenje. Ponoviti cu mnogo puta, a poceti cu ponavljati sada, mislim da ce za mene ovaj nacin funkcionirati, nekako mi paše više nego išta što sam probao do sada. Necu nametati svoj nacin nikome, niti mislim da je ovo najbolji nacin za sve, mislim da je najbolji za mene.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</td></tr></table> <br><br>Kad kreneš jesti po tom principu, javi nam kako se osjecaš - da li imaš energije, koncentracije i sl.. Definitivno je cudan taj stil prehrane, no ukoliko si ga voljan isprobati, slobodno. Veoma je bitno da reagiraš na vrijeme ako vidiš da se osjecaš slabo i sl. <br>3 obroka dnevno je meni malo, a kamoli š obrok dnevno.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5891">skviz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4060<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2011 at 04:00<br /><br />Pozdrav, evo prikljucujem se transformaciji!<br>Ime : Skviz :)<br>Mjesto : Zagreb <br>Godine : 26<br>Težina : š07kg(now)<br>Visina : š88cm<br>Cilj : 88kg leanbody mišica :)<br><br>Moja prica pocinje od 5 mjeseca prošle godine, imao sam š27kg i nisam više mogao sam sebe trpjeti, frend me nagovorio na teretanu i krenulo je. Prva 2 tjedna nisam izgubio ni kilograma, bilo je jako frustrirajuce, ali sva sreca da sam imao frenda koji me bodrio i koji mi je rekao da samo tako nastavim i da ce rezultati doci (tip š : nađite si partnera za teretanu, uvijek je lakše u dvoje) Prvih 3 mjeseca sam bio jako zaluđen vježbanjem i išao sam 6 puta tjedno u teretanu i rezultati su stigli, <br>-šškg nakon prva tri mjeseca. Normalno promijenio sam i prehranu. Zavolio sam posni sir :), jeo sam ga nekad i po 500g dnevno :). Danas imam š07kg, i necu na tome stati, pokušati cu doci do svoje idealne težine, 88kg mišicne mase :) i pokušati cu s vama podijeliti kako sam do toga došao, možda nekome pomognem da dođe do svog cilja.Oprostite radi kilometarskog teksta, pokušat cu biti malo <br>kraci :)<br>Prehrana: ukratko prehrana ce mi se temeljiti na necemu što ce vecina ljudi popljuvati, ali ja cu je isprobati i prenijeti vam svoja iskustva pa neka svatko odluci kako njemu paše. Intermittent fasting ce mi biti glavna okosnica dijete, u iducem postu cu objasniti malo više o cemu se tu radi, probati po danima napisati kako cu jesti i u koje vrijeme, i što cu jesti.<br>Vježba: skinuo sam program sa <a href="http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/trans&#š02;ormati&#šš1;n-challenge.html" target="_blank">bodybilding.com</a> transformation site-a i njega cu koristiti iducih 2 mjeseca, probat cu vam svaki trening napisati koje vježbe sam izvodio, koliko puta i ponavljanja, i sa kojom kilažom (tip 2: probajte si nositi neku bilježnicu u gym i zapisivati koliko dižete u kojoj vježbi, ovo ce vam biti super okosnica i za buduce treninge i za uvid u to koliko ste napredovali)<br><br>Probat cu dok budem napredovao dijeliti s vama iskustvo koje sam stekao pokušavajuci izgubiti kilograme na ovaj nacin i nadam se da cemo svi skupa probati ispraviti neke dogme koje postoje u gym i fitness zajednici. Site koji je meni otvorio oci je <a href="http://www.leangains.com" target="_blank" target="_blank">leangains</a>, i preporucujem svima da ga procitaju.
