Moj trening i je organiziran tako da je jedan dan crobni a drugi na spravama. Možda glupo zvuci ali imam osijecaj da me kost boli... <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"><br>Hvala na savijetu poslušat cu malo cu odmoriti od trcanja... Na treningu smo radili udaranje u fokusar nogama i rukama možda me to boli od udaranja ali to je bilo prije 2 tjedna<br>]]>

Ne <br />znam tocno kakva je ozljeda bila, ali o nije pukuce, kad <br />se to sv umiri i ako prilagodiš opterecene trenutnom <br />stanju svog tijela biti ce sve ok. <br /><br />A ako ti je cilj mršavljenje vježbe sa utezima, laganiji <br />kardio i povremeni hiit bi treala bit dobitna <br />kombinacija, uz sređenu prehranu.]]>

Na pocetku sam puta, idem tek mjesec dana na taj program, smršavila sam 2 kg do sada, tijelo mi se vec dobro oblikovalo, samo treba još puno truda i znoja ali ide, posebice nakon trcanja osjecam se predobro, mislim da mi trcanje najviše pomaže. Idem 5x tjedno po š.5h, jedan dan je crobni a drugi na spravama... U biti htjela bih kad smršavim nastaviti s tjelovježbom možda ne tako cesto... i svakako želim kad dođe lijepo vrijeme izaci iz dvorane i trcati na zraku, ali ako ova noga ne ozdravi ništa od toga. Nadam se da nije neka ozbiljna ozljeda možda sam preforsirala ili se probudila stara ozljeda (istegnuce ligamnata- mjesec dana u longeti prije oko š0 godina) tko ce znati <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0"><br>Dalila ako imaš kakvog iskustva s tim ili prijedlog slobodno komentiraj.<br>Hvala.<br>]]>
