    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6034">lykan</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4051<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2011 at 21:59<br /><br />&nbsp;Prije svega ljudi hvala na odgovorima.<br><br>Evo danas odradio drugi dan i ubio sam se ko konj,znoj kapao u potocima.Ubio me jednonožni cucanj sa stolice.<br><br>Probal sam ja prije š0 dana tacfit(konkretno ovaj za koji sam stavio link);radio sam beginner i dobro se oznojio i zapuhao.Definitivno necu moc radit to isti dan sa regularnim treningom,ali bi ga radio cisto radi kondicije srijedom i subotom,al nisam siguran da li ce imati negativan efekt prema regularnim treninzima.Prijedlozi i mišljenja više nego dobro došla!<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
