    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3043">Ann</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4049<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2011 at 22:24<br /><br />Hey ljudi.<br />History by now - Ups and downs <br />Present - Up! :D<br /><br />Kila pala još jedna, vidi se napredak, happy sam jako. <br />Vježbam 4-5x tjedno, promjenila sam teretanu u bližu <br />(koja je odlicna!), tako da si smanjim razloge da ne <br />idem.<br /><br />Nemam još što za pokazati, jer hocu napredak od bar 50% <br />do željenog, prije nego sama sebi kažem, aha cool, super <br />i to pokažem vama. :)<br /><br />Pripremam se i za škraping na Pašmanu od 20 km. tako da <br />sam motivirana malo više trcati i brzo hodati s usponom <br />(bez cilja nekako nemam motivaciju, jbg). I mislim da to <br />trcanje pali masnocu više nego išta. Orbitrek i bicikl <br />jednostavno (s istim trneingom) nisu davali takve <br />rezultate. Ovo je doslovce vidljiva razlika svakih par <br />dana. :)<br /><br />Uživajte, vidimo se :)))<br />]]>

Ubiti sve ovisi o namirnici koju pojedeš a nije <br />bila u planu. Ja npr. uvijek gledam pozitivnije voce i ne <br />bude mi žao ako pojedem neku neplaniranu bananu, dok kad <br />pojedem cokolade, slatkiše i neki junk imam osjecaj ne da <br />sam stala nego nazadovala i to dobro. Tako da sam ultra motivirana! cak me ni ne smeta <br />jednolicnost prehrane više.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />S treninzima još nisam zapocela, praznici,prehlade, ovo <br />ono.. ali ovaj tjedan krecem sigurno.]]>
