I ispricavam se to nisam par dana odgovarao,ali nisam bio u Zg-u i nisam imao net,pa nisam mogao odgovararati<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">!<br>A necu se ja striktno drati toga..znam da u jednom obroku ne smije biti vie od 30g P,jer tijelo ne moe apsorbirati..a omjere sam si napravio da otprilike znam koliko UH,P i M unositi u jednom obroku..<br>Pratit cu to se dogaπa na vazi i ogledalu! Pa ako neto ne bude odogvaralo,javim se da popravimo to <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>Dodam onda jo te male sitnice koje ste korigirali na programu!<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>Btw. jel mogu ja vas i ovdje pitati neto u vezi dodataka? <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3842">GajbaPive</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4012<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2010 at 11:30<br /><br />&nbsp;belay - 2g po cistoj masi. prvo izracunaj (ili izmjeri) koliko ti je odprilike PMT, odbij od kilaze i onda odredi koliko ti treba proteina. iako, ako si ektic, ne bi trebao puno masti imati...<br><br>i ovi omjeri :2, : su mi super... samo, ne znam kak mislis imati obrok u kojem ces imati 30g P i 30g UH... <br>ili ako ti je omjer 00g rize = 78g UH, ne znam kak mislis da ce tvoje tijelo apsorbirati 78g P. <br>a najbolje kaj kazes da na kraju dana ces biti na 50g P. <br><br>unosi 2g P i 4-5g UH po kg tjelesne mase. i ne zaboravi na masti. <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by GajbaPive</span>]]>

Prati u isto vrijeme i vagu i ogledalo, s naglaskom na ogledalo.. U svakom procesu rasta ce dobit i neku odreπenu kolicinu sala, meπutim, bilo bi super kad bi se "masa" odradila to kvalitetnije, tj. kad bi se dobilo to vie miica, a to manje sala <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> jer, of kors, svo to salo u nekom trenutku treba skinut (naalost)... tako da, prati kaj se dogaπa, i ako uoci da dobiva previe sala, reci..pa cemo ti smanjit ugljice.. Svakom tijelu odgovara neka druga kolicina ugljica, a fora je u tome da otkrije kolka je ta kolicina za tvoje tijelo u nekom trenutku.. zato se prati <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br><br>i izbroji otprilike kolki ti je unos UH dnevno, cisto zato da ti kasnije bude jednostavnije korigirat...<br><br><br>]]>

Fali mi tu neki izvor proteina - ubaci u te zobene npr. 30g wheya<br>zobene baci 00g<br>2. to je nekih 00g sira? To je masno, kaj ne? nekih 30g masti? A da ti proba papati posni sir? Nekih 250-300g u tom obroku?<br>3. Tanjur pun bijele rie? Hm.. a kolko je to? <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> ne elim te gnjaviti, ali ako ne zna koliko jede otprilike, onda kad jednom zapne nece moci znati gdje si grijeio.. tanjur pun rie nije mjera.. ajde probaj krenut s nekih 00g rie za pocetak, pa onda vidi kako ide...<br>4. ajde radije uzmi raeni kruh...<br>5. nakon treninga - neki izvor proteina + neki izvor ugljica.. npr. 250g posnog plus 00g rie, ili 00g tjestenine..ili 300-400g krumpira, i sl..<br>6. uzmi 250g sira.. slobodno pojedi orahe.. npr. nekih 30-50g.. moe i bademe, ljenjake, lanene sjemenke.. sve su to dobre masti..<br><br>a sad pitanja - <br>zato pije toliko mlijeka? Kae da si ektic.. ok.. ne bi ti trebalo smetati mlijeko, ali svejedno mislim da pretjeruje s mlijekom.. O mlijeku se inace vode brojne rasprave je li dobro ili loe.. Ne bih tebe time opterecivala, ali ipak mi je ovo malo too much mlijeka.. Moda sam u krivu. Moda ti moe popiti .5 l mlijeka dnevno a da ti ne bude ni.. iako ne vjerujem.. pazi, to ti je skoro 50g uh iz glupog mlijeka.. i skoro isto toliko masti.. a glupo je <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br><br>dalje... nitko ti zapravo ne moe reci to da jede i koliko da jede jer je svako tijelo razlicito, i svatko ce drugacije reagirati.. Ono to moe je krenuti od neke brojke P, UH i M, i vidjeti to se dogaπa.. dakle, prati dal dobiva previe sala, ili pak previe pada.. i onda ovisno o tome podeblja UH, ili smanji...<br><br>Za pocetak preporucila bih ti neto ovako:<br>jutarnji obrok: 00g zobenih + 30g whey<br>obrok prije treninga (cca 2 sata) - 00g rie/tjestenine ili 300-400g krupmira + neki izvor proteina<br>obrok nakon treninga - isto tako<br>obrok prije spavaja - neki izvor proteina +&nbsp; masti..<br><br>U meπuobroke ubaci jo neke izvore protkaca ako ti fale za dnevni unos, ili pojacaj protkace u ovim obrocima<br><br>Ima 73 kg, dakle, bilo bi ti ok dnevno unositi nekih 40g protkaca.. pa si to podijeli kroz dan i papaj...<br><br>eto, valjda sam pomogla...<br>]]>
