Poanta da se tvari koje ubrzavaju metabolizam su pozeljne u suplementaciji. Neces sad pit kafe i redbulla ne znam koliko, ali popiti dobru jaku kavu prije npr. jutarnjeg trcanja...Mrak! Neki ljudi ne podnose kofein, pa koriste pripravke na bazi guarane.djelovanje je slicno. Sve u svemu pijte kavicu ili jos bolje zeleni caj.Ali ne pretjerivati. Nikada pretjerivanje nije ok. U to budite sigurni. Kofein povecava koristenje masti za energiju, osigurava da tijelo oslobadja vise energije i tako donosi psihicku jasnocu, stimulira centralni zivcani sustav i tako smanjuje umor. on nije u redu ako se sjedi i ne radi nista, ali za svakog tko je aktivan je odlican jer je prirodan. Red bull...Ja ne koristim,,,gaziran je, samo nocu na benzinskm pumpama. smatra se da je ok popiti do 3 salice kave na dan. <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by themaja</span>]]>

Mora se drzat srcani ritam na 80-90 %, a to je ujedno i tempo na kojem se oslobadja hormon rasta ako se ne varam, koji koristi masti iz tijela, za izgradnju mikrofraktura umisicima, jer pretvara masti natrag u secere, sto je inace nemoguce bez hr. E sad ne znam kako na sve to utjece kofein...</P>]]>
