    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1072">ThornOfFaith</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3998<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2010 at 00:03<br /><br />&nbsp;Dobro je reko soner, ima tu istine <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>Baš sam dosta cesto sa bb natjecateljima/buducim natjecateljima mojih godina u teretani i kolko vidim iz njihovih prica i nacina na koji treniraju dosta preferiraju split sistem treninga i to me ništa ne cudi. <br><br>Ti decki izgledaju zaista dobro i da ga uhvatiš u bilo koje doba dana, bilo koji dan u tjednu on ce izgledati maltene nepromijenjeno, simetricno, vaskularno, definirano kad su pripreme recimo, sad po zimi ajmo rec malo prostijim rjecnikom "napucano" itd itd što želim reci? Oni vec na trening dođu u super stanju i što god da odrade može im samo pomoci, dok recimo ostatak ekipe, da ne kažem naturalaca svakim treningom se trude ko konji (treba) postici ono što ti decki imaju vec ajmo rec po defaultu.<br><br>&nbsp;<br>To je eto nekakvo moje mišljenje i prema tome podržavam upper/lower - fullbody varijante.<br>]]>
