    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4674">The Phoenix</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3993<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2010 at 22:40<br /><br />&nbsp;Nis joj netreba ni whey jer je pocetnik i pogotovo ne na crobicu...nek sam vjezba i pazi na kalorije i da se ne trpa ugljikohidratima ,posebno onim losim, slatko i slane grickalice , gazirnai sokovi i ostale gluposti.......a kasnije kad prestane dojit ako bu ozbiljna oko treninga moze pocet razmisljat o necem drugom, ovako ne, tim vise kaj doji pa bi ja cisto radi mira i ne previse pitanja napravio tako, psoebno kaj ima dost wheyova sa dodatkom ovog, onog, kreatina, pa ko zna kaj bu kupila i tak......<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3993<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2010 at 15:21<br /><br />evo jumok, tanas sam bila u knjižnici pa taman naletila na korisne inf. :) Da ti ne odgovaram na private, možda ce i nekom drugom poslužit  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Kao što sam ti i rekla na pm, i nije neka velika razlika što se prehrane tice, u igri su i bjelancevine životinjskog i biljnog podrijetla, i žitarice i lisnato povrce, i zdrave masti...Inace dojilje imaju povecanu potrebu za vitaminom B (pogotovo B6 - smeđa riža, mlijeko, perad, riba, banane, orasi) i folnom kiselinom, a oni se nalaze u žitaricama, povrcu, bjelancevinama... isto tako, velika je potreba i za kalcijem, cak i do 50% više (mlijecni proizvodi, povrce, orasi, zob, suhe šljive..)...<br /><br />dakle, sve ono o cemu mi tu pricamo vrijedi, dapace upravo je to ono što tvojoj supruzi sad najviše treba  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> Sad se možete bacit na citanje foruma  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Naravno, samo neka pripazi, a to vjerojatno i sama zna, na moguce alergijske reakcije bebe na određenu hranu..recimo cestu znaju imat alergiju na mlijecne proizvode, kiselo voce, agrume...cak i na lisnato povrce koje napuhuje, pogotovo ako i supruga ima problema s tim (mahune, kupus....)..sve to može izazvati lagane smetnjice pa neka vodi racuna malo o tome..<br /><br />Inace...pogledajte si malo za knjigu od Hannah Lothrop - Knjiga o dojenju... cini mi se prilicno korisna stvar ..iako sam vezano uz prehranu više manje izvukla sve bitno iz nje :)<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl</span>]]>

Visoka je š58 cm i teška je 63 cm.Htjela <br />bi smršaviti i oblikovati koji mišic. Trenutno doji malu <br />bebu. Zanima nas prehrana.Koju prehranu bi vi preporucili? <br />što bi trebala sve jesti a da ne poremeti kvalitetu <br />majcinog mlijeka i skine koji kg? Menu bi bio idealan. <br />Unaprijed hvala.]]>
