Hvala na komentarima, idem prolistat još malo po forumu.</td></tr></table> <br /><br />zvucat ce možda pretjerano, ali ono što je mene potaklo da krenem kao prvo je bilo stvarno nagomilano nezadovoljstvo izgledom tocnije donjim tijelom, ispalo mi je da jednostavno moram biti "nezadovoljna sobom dovoljno", i tako krenuh,a onda sam otkrila koliko me smiruje pa su došli i prvi rezultati i nisam više htjela stat, gotovo da mi je taj ispušni ventil bio neophodan, a dođu i komplimenti okoline što nije presudno ali pomaže i evo nakon god i nešto malo izgledam gotovo pa dobro i nema teorije da stanem, uživam gledati kako mi se tijelo mijenja, tim više kad vidiš da i u samo 2 mj možeš napraviti puno, i za kraj cu iritantno citirati Kate Moss- "No food tastes as good as skinny feels" <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> Na stranu što je ona manekenka i to stvarno mršava i što mi to nije cilj, ali s izjavom se mogu složiti <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0">  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Tako <br>da maksimalno ga vec odvajam kolko mogu <br>sto mi znaci treninge u 7 ujutro ili 2š navecer <br>a za to treba ipak volje jer sam umoran bilo <br>tak rano il navecer , a i nemogu racunat pod ziher da cu ga imat taj dan......iako bez daljnjeg, jos uvijk 5-6x tjedno idem u teretanu, no nekak sat vremena za hodanje mi je tesko odvojit, tim vise kaj citam vise argumenata protiv nego za....<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by The Phoenix</span>]]>
