Prednji deltoid pokriva prednji dio ramena, a gornji dio pectoralisa majora pokriva cijeli gornji dio grudnog koša.<br><br>U ramenom pojasu nalaze se gornji i donji trapeziusi i serratus anterior i igraju ulogu mišica stabilizatora. Trapezius, veliki mišic koji pokriva srednji dio gornjega dijela leđa, proteže se od vrata prema lopaticama i sve do posljednjeg grudnog kralješka. Serratus interior proteže se vanjskim rubom rebara, odmah ispod pazuha i pokriva ga lopatica sa stražnje strane te pectoralis major s prednje.<br><br>U lakatnom zglobu, triceps brachi, veliki mišic koji pokriva cijelu stražnju stranu ruke, jedini je mišic koji radi. Ima tri dijela &#82šš; lateralnu, medijalnu i dugacku glavu &#82šš; koj sve završavaju u jednoj tetivi na lakatnoj kosti na podlaktici.
